My 2008 S8 started stalling at 4pm on Thursday and I couldn't be driven safely. Within 90 minutes Tony had gotten me a flatbed tow, I was checked in for service and had a free loaner car. By 2:30 pm the next day my car was fixed (a faulty fuel pressor sensor was replaced and the car was test driven to be sure it was operating properly), washed and back in my hands. My salesperson, David Anbar, is absolutely amazing. People at the other dealerships did not immediately offer me assistance, but at Keyes Audi, the moment I stepped out of my beat-up rental car, I saw David waving at me with a big smile. I also hate sales who don't listen to your needs and keep hard-selling the wrong cars that are more expensive. David is nothing like that. You can tell he truly cares about his customers. I never write reviews or respond to surveys but I feel that David really deserves a huge compliment after all his extra effort to sell me the great car that could have been easily sold to another customer at a higher price. Our salesperson, Sarsi Kazimi, was fantastic. Sarsi had been working with us for several months while we shopped around for our desired vehicle. He allowed us to test drive as many vehicles as we thought necessary, was extremely patient and dedicated to ensuring that our experience was nothing but positive. Even though we left the dealership empty handed on at least two occasions, Sarsi kept us informed of current offers without pressuring us. Once we found the vehicle we wanted, Sarsi made it completely painless to negotiate the deal and document it quickly. I cannot compliment his work enough.
