I am a four time Audi owner who had recently purchased an A4 from McKenna Audi. The vehicle was sold as pre certified vehicle with a clean car fax, but found out through Auto Gallery in Woodland Hills it had been in a major front end accident and was not pre certified! Nevertheless, McKenna picked up the car and has promised to pay off the deal, which has yet to occur. Meanwhile, my husband begged me not to buy another Audi, but I am an Audi enthusiast. I went to Keyes Audi & had a totally different experience from the McKenna dealership. The Keyes dealership was very low key, proffessional, and trustworthy. I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Noah the salesman, Brian the manager, Sam the senior mgr, and Michael the finance manager. I work at Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center & have been telling eveyone of my ordeal at McKenna versus the fabulous experience I had buying my car from Keyes! Our salesperson, Sarsi Kazimi, was fantastic. Sarsi had been working with us for several months while we shopped around for our desired vehicle. He allowed us to test drive as many vehicles as we thought necessary, was extremely patient and dedicated to ensuring that our experience was nothing but positive. Even though we left the dealership empty handed on at least two occasions, Sarsi kept us informed of current offers without pressuring us.
